I am a go-getter who makes an immediate impact. With over 30 years of leadership experience, I step in quickly and set the necessary changes in motion.
I perform best when an organization needs to start moving, where direction is lacking, growth is needed, or where potential is felt but not yet utilized. That is where leadership makes the difference, and exactly where my strength lies.
What I often find is not a lack of plans, but a lack of coherence. Strategy, operations, and people are not aligned. I quickly see where the friction lies and bring direction, structure, and clarity so that teams can build, perform, and grow again.
My style is direct, sincere, and above all people-oriented. I consciously stand on the shop floor, close to reality, and build ownership in the team. This creates an organization that functions better independently and sustainably.
